On 21 and 22/02/2018 the first annual conference of the Federal Ministry for the the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety’s European Climate Initiative (EUKI) was held in Berlin. Its topic was “Strengthening Climate Cooperation within the European Union”. In attendance there were practitioners from EUKI-funded projects, representatives from governments in partner countries, The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB), European Commission, EUKI Team Project Financing.
From NTEF’s Executive Bureau Mrs. Kamelia Georgieva took part in the conference . On the topic “Prospects for European cooperation to accelerate climate actions”, reports from German Federal Minister Dr. Barbara Hendrix and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Environment and Water Mrs. Atanaska Nikolova were presented.
During the forum Mrs. Georgieva took part in all discussions and meetings with current and potential partners.
