On February 11, 2025 the second phase of the Swiss-Bulgarian cooperation program was officially launched. The program complements Bulgaria’s efforts to improve social systems, engage civil society and strengthen scientific cooperation, and to protect the environment.
In the opening event, NTEF took part in a thematic panel dedicated to the planned projects in the “environment” sector. The challenges and opportunities facing the projects were outlined in the context of the main goal of the Swiss-Bulgarian cooperation program – overcoming the economic and social differences between Bulgaria and the other EU member states.
