- Legal basis for the processing of personal data
NTEF is an administrator of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4, item 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and is entered in the Register maintained by the Commission for Protection of Personal Data under certificate No 295112.

NTEF processes personal data in relation to its activities and determines the purposes and means for its processing in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Operational Manuals of the Programs implemented by the Fund. In this case, NTEF acts as an Administrator of personal data.
- Rights of data subjects
Any person providing their personal information has the following rights:- Give explicit consent or disagreement about the processing of their personal data;
- Receive information about the processing of their personal data;
- Access the personal data stored;
- Ask for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data to be corrected;
- Request that personal data be deleted when they are no longer needed or if their processing is illegal;
- Object to the processing of his or her personal data on grounds related to a particular situation;
- Request a limitation of the processing of their personal data in specific cases;
- Receive their personal data in a machine-readable format and send it to another administrator ("data portability");
- Request that decisions based on automated processing and based on the data of the holder and which significantly affect the subject be made by individuals, not just by computers. Also, the holder is entitled in this case to express their personal views and challenge the decision.
