Overview
The Investment Climate Program (ICP) is the most recent NTEF’s program aiming at reduction of the greenhouse gas emissions. The program is a continuation of the National Green Investment Scheme (NGIS).
Application
The objective of the Investment Climate Program is to encourage initiatives that lead to direct or indirect reduction of the greenhouse gas emissions.
The beneficiary has to prepare and submit the necessary documents according to the current published Invitation for Expression of Interest.
Process
The Investment Climate Program (ICP) abides the most efficient rules on transparency. The approval of each project is done at 2 main stages and each of the two stages requires an approval at 2 different levels.

Pre-selection of projects based on predefined and preannounced compulsory requirements
