With a contribution of 3,3 million USD, the program is the biggest project and achievement of the Fund in one of its four priority areas. A few of the responsibilities as an coordinating agent of the program are research and development of expert evaluation of the technical decisions, review and approval of technical specification, review and approval of tender procedures, review and approval of contracts with contractors and suppliers, research, control and approval of activities carried out, development and presentation of reports on the progress of implementation, intended for the Supervisory Board of the program and the World Bank, as well as maintenance of a log of payment requests from the loan account.
